Business Internet Banking Security Device

PIN-protected Security Device

The Security Device is unique as it is PIN-protected. You need to set a PIN before activation and this PIN will be required to unlock the device before each use. If you have forgotten your security device PIN, you may reset it online. Simply click the icon on the right to start the process.

Added transaction security

The new Security Device provides Business Internet Banking users an additional protection against transactions, which requires users to:

  • Key in beneficiary-related information on the device for every unregistered payment
  • Generate a unique security code to authorise each transaction

Security Tips

  • The GREEN button on the Security Device is mainly for internet banking logon.
  • The logon process DOES NOT require customers to enter any numbers generated from the web to the Security Device.
  • The YELLOW button is for transferring funds and creating designated beneficiaries.
  • When performing fund transfer, only input the intended beneficiary account number to the device before using the yellow button. NEVER enter digits that are unfamiliar to you.
  • If unusual screens pop up and/or the computer’s response is unusually slow, LOG OUT and scan the computer with the most updated version of virus protection software.
