Thank you for choosing HSBC's Business Internet Banking. Before click on the proceed link, please ensure you have read the information on system requirements and have the following ready:

  • Your start-up guide
  • Your Business Internet Banking user short name
  • Your alpha and numeric PINs
  • Your principal account number
  • Your Security Device

System maintenance

Due to routine maintenance, the online registration for Business Internet Banking will not be available during 8:30 pm - 8:45 pm from Monday to Saturday and 2:30 am - 6:30 am on Sunday.

In order to avoid any problems in this process, please ensure that your computer meets the following system requirements before proceeding:

  • 56K or higher speed Internet connection (broad-bandwidth recommended).
  • Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Home, XP Professional or Vista.
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0, Netscape Communicator 7.2 - 8.0. Please note that Netscape 6.0 - 7.1 is not supported.
