HSBC’s Xpress Collect (Cheques) is an innovative courier collection solution to ease your cheque deposit needs, making it more flexible, efficient and convenient

How does it work?

With Xpress Collect (Cheques), you can have your cheques collected from your designated locations by a professional courier service provider for same day processing. The funds will be credited to your designated account on the next working day after clearing. The clearing process is the same as cheques deposited over the counter.

Flexible pick-up frequency, from once, twice, three times a week to daily pick-up, to suit your transaction pattern, volume and payment cycle
Ad-hoc pick-up arrangement for same-day / next-day pick-up
Latest pick-up time at 3 pm for same day processing
Cheques will be deposited to customer's pre-designated account on the same day, funds will be credited to the account on the next working day after clearing
Accepts HKD and local USD cheques and cashier's orders
Supports single or bulk credit for cheque entries
Extended geographical coverage across Hong Kong

How can it benefit you?

Convenience: Convenient service at your finger tip without paying frequent visits to branches
Improve Cash-flow: Cheques collected before 3 pm will be processed on the same day, and funds will be credited to your designated account on the next working day after clearing.
Cheque Status Intelligence: With our Direct Advice service as an added feature, you can access electronic advices of cheque deposit transaction details through a pre-registered email address or fax number.
Ease of Reconciliation: HSBCnet or Business Internet Banking customers can also assess or download the transaction activities for easy reconciliation.

Service Plan

Flexible Ad-hoc Service offers a flexible pick-up schedule at your choice with at least 1 day prior notice. You also have the flexibility to request a fixed pick-up schedule (e.g. Every Mon, Wed and Fri) at registration to suit your operation needs.
Monthly Plan offers a regular daily pick-up service on working weekdays.
Same-day Ad-hoc Service is also available upon request at HKD100 per collection
Xpress Collect (Cheques) Service is available in a full range of time and day definite services for subscription:

Remarks

1.	Clients need to subscribe to the Xpress Collect (Cheques) in order to enjoy the service. In general, the service will be activated two weeks after receipt of a complete application.
2.	Collection service is available on Mondays to Fridays, except public holidays.
3.	Collection of Flexible Ad Hoc Service Plans A, B and C can be pre-fixed or scheduled with at least one day's advance notice.
4.	Urgent Same-day Ad Hoc Service is only available to customers who have subscribed to the Flexible Ad Hoc Service Plans A, B, or C or Monthly Plan Service.
5.	Sameday processing refers to any cheques deposited before the cut-off time of 3 pm from Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day and will be shown in your account instantly (next working day for deposits to credit card accounts). The funds will be credited to your account on the next working day after clearing. The clearing process is the same as cheques deposited over the counter.
6.	Pick-up points for this service will only be available at designated locations (excluding Outlying Islands, areas with no transportation or road connection or other remote areas).
7.	To use Direct Advice, Business Internet Banking or HSBCnet services, pre-registration is required. Terms and conditions relating to Direct Advice, Business Internet Banking and HSBCnet services apply.
8.	Terms and conditions are further subject to those as set out in the Xpress Collect (Cheques) application form. The Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
