Cheque Deposit Machines

• Accept HK and US dollars local clearing cheque
• Deposit up to 30 cheques at one time
• No limit on the total number of cheque deposits per day
• Receive comprehensive advice with cheque images and the deposit account’s name
  
• Self-service cheque deposit service is currently available at over 110 locations on Hong Kong and outlying islands, Kowloon and the New Territories.
• You can deposit cheques using your ATM card, Company Deposit Card, Company ATM Card or HSBC credit card, or by entering any HSBC account number
• The deposited cheques will be credited to your account instantly*.
  
• Extended cutoff time** at 24-hours locations
• Statement shows individual cheque deposits^#
• View image of HKD cheques deposited through cheque deposit machines into your HKD accounts on Business Internet Banking. You may print or save the images for future reference.
• You can now receive details of your transactions performed through Cheque Deposit Machines by email or fax by registering for our Direct Advice service.

* Cheques deposited before 4:30pm on Mondays to Thursdays and 5pm on Fridays are shown in your account instantly (next working day for deposits to credit card accounts). The funds will be available after clearing, in the same way as cheques deposited over the counter.

**The cutoff time of these locations are at 5:30pm Mondays to Fridays.

• Deposit up to HKD100,000 in cash per day using HKD100, HKD500 and HKD1,000 notes~
• Cash Deposit Machines at more than 130 locations in Hong Kong and outlying islands, Kowloon and the New Territories
• Cash is credited to your account instantly***
• You can deposit cash using your ATM card, Company Deposit Card, Company ATM Card or HSBC credit card, or by entering any HSBC account number
• You can now receive details of your transactions performed through Cash Deposit Machines by email or fax by registering for our Direct Advice service.
