Cheque Deposits Machines
- Accept HK and US dollars local clearing cheque
- Deposit up to 30 cheques at one time and receive comprehensive advice with cheque images and the deposit account’s name
- Self-service cheque deposit service is currently available at 94 locations on Hong Kong and outlying islands, Kowloon and the New Territories.
- You can deposit cheques using your ATM card, Company Deposit Card, Company ATM Card or HSBC credit card, or by entering any HSBC account number
- The deposited cheques will be credited to your account instantly*.
- Extended cutoff time** at 24-hours locations
- Statement shows individual cheque deposits#
- You can now receive details of your transactions performed through Cheque Deposit Machines by email or fax by registering for our Direct Advice service.
* Cheques deposited before 4:30pm on Mondays to Thursdays and 5pm on Fridays are shown in your account instantly (next working day for deposits to credit card accounts). The funds will be available after clearing, in the same way as cheques deposited over the counter.
**The cutoff time of these locations are at 5:30pm Mondays to Fridays.
