It is a service that would enable you to receive advices of transactions you have done through certain channels to be sent to you via email or fax on the same day. And it is free- of–charge!
Direct Advice can be provided for cash and cheque deposit transactions through our Cash Deposit Machines, Cheque Deposit Machines and Drop & Go Counter. In additional, it also covers transfer and Telegraphic Transfer / Interbank Fund Transfer transaction through Phonebanking, and cheque deposit through Xpress Collect.
Please note that Direct Advice for Telegraphic Transfer / Interbank Fund Transfer via Phonebanking can only be sent by email.
Delivery Schedule
You can choose to receive intra-day report, day end report or both.
Intra day report – Details of the processed transaction will be sent out to you at a regular interval during the day. By selecting this report, you will be getting advices on your transaction at a most timely fashion.
Day end report - All transactions you have done in a day will be sent to you at day end. This will allows you to keep a good track of your daily’s transaction.
Types of advices
You can choose to receive credit advice, debit advice or both.
Credit Advice – By selecting this advice, you will receive Direct Advice only on transactions that have credited amount to your account(s).
Debit Advice - By selecting this advice, you will receive Direct Advice only on transactions where amount has been deducted from your account(s).
