There are 2 easy ways to apply for a HSBC Business Direct account.
Method 1 - Apply this account via online
- Click “Apply Online” in “Next steps” and complete the online application form.
- We will call you within 1 working day to make an appointment at our HSBC SME Centre to complete the account opening process.
- Bring along complete account opening documents and initial deposit to our SME Centre.
- You will receive an account number, a security device for Business Internet Banking, an ATM card, a Phonebanking PIN and all other PIN numbers on the same day of our meeting^.
- Under normal circumstances, your account will be activated in two working days after our meeting.
Method 2: Visit our SME Centre
- Click “Form Download Centre” on the left side of our webpage
- Click on “Account Opening Form” under Business Integrated Account.
- Bring the completed form along with the supporting documents and initial deposit to our SME Centre.
- You will receive an account number, a security device for Business Internet Banking, an ATM card, a Phonebanking PIN and all other PIN numbers on the same day of our meeting^.
- Under normal circumstances, your account will be activated in two working days after our meeting.

^ To receive all account accessories and PIN numbers on the same day of account opening, authorised signatories of the account must be present to complete and submit all the required documents, and be successfully approved for the account.
